Coaching
Over the last few years, I have invested a lot of time into professional (and personal) development activities, with a focus on wanting to help people. This resulted in several independent encouragements to offer coaching, and so now I do.
I can provide coaching on:
-Career path options & pursuing self-employment to help you avoid many common mistakes, and utilize more effective, efficient strategies/techniques
-Making your digital life more efficient through automation, and using free tools to curb unproductive habits
-Learning, research, and organization strategies (if you're trying to become self employed, or if you're a student)
-Reducing and unlearning negative and self-criticizing habits
-Helping you take the first step towards a goal (because the first step is the hardest)
-Professional (and personal) development, networking, public speaking
These are all areas I have invested a lot into myself, and have valuable experience and insight to share as a result. I have also gathered a substantial library of resources in my travels (links, books, contacts, etc), so as the saying goes "If I can't help you, I may know someone/something that can".
If you're interested in discussing any of the above (or to inquire about a resource), you can contact me at adam@adamemanon.com.
Also feel free to check out the links page, which has some resources that might be useful to you (might save you needing any coaching after all!)
"The difference between a therapist and a life coach is where you are in life. If you're having a bad day, it's therapy. A good day? It's life coaching. A therapist helps you learn to survive. A life coach teaches you to thrive. They can be one and the same person"
